The beauty of training with me, is that it is completely private from my home studio!
Typically, clients will come to me 2-3 times per week. I do have a few who come 1 time since they are very disciplined to complete their workout homework that I assign them.
About an hour. But I do offer 30 minutes.
It is recommended but not completely necessary. That means if you prefer to workout at your home, we will figure out a program for that! However, you will have many more exercise options in the gym, which does make it easier to create muscle definition. It is important to me to find what type of homework workout each individual will stay compliant to, whether that be cycling, body pump, yoga, or home workouts. It is also important to me to help you become so confident in your workouts that you can take them to the gym!
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put into both diet and exercise.
Yes! Nutrition is just as important as exercise. Each individual's goals and needs are different. I will work to find a good fit for you in regards to goals and compliance.
After many years in the fitness industry, I have gleaned the best, most effective exercises from many different styles of workout. Primarily, I do strength training with weights to build more bone density (which is important to offset Osteoporosis), but I also integrate Pilates, HIIT, plyometrics, TRX, and rehabilitive training.
