The beauty of training with me, is that it is completely private from my home studio!
Most clients train with me 2–3 times per week. Some come just once a week, and that works too—these clients stay consistent with the personalized “homework” I give them, so they keep making progress even outside our sessions.
Typically about an hour. I do have 30 minute sessions available as well.
A gym can be helpful, but it’s not required. If you prefer to work out at home, we’ll create a program that fits your space and lifestyle. Gyms do offer more equipment and exercise options, which can make building muscle definition a bit easier—but what matters most is finding a plan you’ll actually stick to.
I’ll help you discover the types of workouts you enjoy and can stay consistent with. My goal is to build your confidence so that, eventually, you’ll feel comfortable taking your workouts anywhere—even to the gym—while still getting the results you want.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put into both diet and exercise.
Yes! Nutrition is just as important as exercise. Each individual's goals and needs are different. I will work to find a good fit for you in regards to goals and compliance.
After many years in the fitness industry, I’ve carefully curated the most effective exercises from a variety of training styles. My programs are primarily built around strength training with weights, which not only builds muscle but also improves bone density—an important factor in helping prevent osteoporosis.
I also incorporate Pilates, HIIT, plyometrics, and TRX to enhance flexibility, endurance, balance, and overall functional strength. The result is a well-rounded, effective approach that keeps workouts challenging, engaging, and results-driven.
